The Cancellation Policy Must be Signed or Acknowledged to Fully Complete Your Registration
MAPTA Memberships are non-refundable once submitted and processed. The terms of this Cancellation Policy applies to course tuition only. On-line registrations are accepted pending space availability, and will be confirmed via email. Make no travel arrangements until your registration has been confirmed. We will not be held liable for the cost of any non-refundable airline tickets.
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to the course there is a $100 penalty; $50 is non-refundable and non-transferable, and $50 is transferable to another MAPTA-sponsored course or seminar within 12 months of the start date of the course you were originally registered. Only one transfer per deposit is allowed. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the course, there are no refunds or transfers. All cancellations must be received in writing before any refund will be issued. In the event that MAPTA cancels a course, a full refund of the continuing education seminar tuition will be given.
